During Black History month,the Congress of Black Women - Ajax/Pickering and Whitby/Oshawa Chapters, Cultural Expressions, Pickering, Ajax, and Whitby Public Libraries, and Welcome Centre together host special events, culminating with a Panel Discussion on a topic relevant to the Black community. This year's topic is "Black Excellence" The event is scheduled for Sunday, February 23, 2020, from 1:30 to 4:00 pm, at the Whitby Public Library, 405 Dundas St. West, Whitby.
