Minister Phillips will join the Canadian Black Chamber of Commerce (CBCC) Members & Guests, for a conversation about small business & entrepreneurship. Minister Phillips will also discuss the government's plans to make life more affordable for families, create a competitive business environment, and invest in critical infrastructure for the future.
