    Matthew Cowley is Acting Manager of the Public Appointments Secretariat at the City of Toronto. He will present on the many opportunities to join City of Toronto boards, committees, and tribunals, the application process, and the importance of engaging with Black Torontonians and other equity-seeking groups in their work. Note: candidates must be a resident of Toronto in order to be eligible for appointment to a City board. The presentation will run about 15-20 minutes followed by time for Q&A.
