Vendors may need to submit proof of a commercial food insurance coverage certificate.
Vendors will only be permitted to sample product
The Hotel will allow up to 6 vendors to exhibit with samples as long as it does not take away/replace any food & beverage to be served from hotel
CBCC will not be covering the cost of extra electrical circuits which may be needed to service toasters/microwaves

The tables will be placed approximately 3 feet apart, are 6 feet wide and approximately 3 feet deep. We're advising our vendors to bring no more than 2 banners, or 1 backdrop. If we cannot fit both of your banners, we will place it in the pre-function space for added exposure.
