Activities: Libation & invocation/gratitude offering, Meditation, Yoga, Mini nature hike, Mama Water healing ceremony, mindful eating, *Light nourishing snack and drink will be provided, cruise the local area and shops

Bring: Blanket, or yoga mat, water bottle, small towel, insect repellant, and walking stick, (optional)

Wear: running shoes, white color clothing, (Preferred) or very light color clothing, long sleeves and narrow leg pants that's able to roll up for when we enter the water for healing ceremony.
